What a service. Those sorry bas****s are yet to deliver my shipment even after 20 days when the shipment time promised was 10 days. I am still waiting for the shipment to arrive. With the kind of experience I am having I am sure those Ass****s haven't even shipped my product.

Welcome to the club. I am very fond of books and since they showed a good collection and I also had some gift vouchers I orderd some books. But let me tell you it was a big mistake. Out of 5 Books Ordered I have not got delivery of 1 book even after a Month. Out of 3 Books which were out of stock I have received partial refund and Balance is still awaited. The best part is every time you write to them you get a reply stating that they need 2-3 days to update on the status, but nobody ever reverts after the 2-3 days and if you send a reminder you get the same reply again. I have lodged a complaint with CORE.

I know the service sucks. Even I lodged a complaint with core. Finally after a month I received my shipment. I am sure I am not going to do any business with indiaplaza and will discourage others as well. I hope you receive your shipment/money.
These kind of companies are not only losing their profits unfortunately are also making sure that ecommerce doesn't grow in India. I just wish there was some better authorities to take care of this discouragement.
